NINGXIA RED HISTORY:
A group of research scientists from Natural Science University in Beijing, China, discovered a village of Inner Mongolia. Some of the people of the village were 120-130 years old and had no signs of cancer, arthritis, AIDS, or lupus. They lived predominately on the wolfberry and vegetables from their gardens. This prompted research into the amazing benefits of the wolfberry. The wolfberry is over 12% protein by weight, has 18 amino acids (6x higher in proportion than bee pollen), 21 trace minerals, 6 fatty acids, vitamins B1, B2, B6, C and E, calcium, betaine, polyphenols (including a range of carotenoids) and fiber.
